Contacting Us
If you contact us via our contact form on our website or by email, the data you provide will be stored for six months to process your inquiry or for any follow-up questions. Your submitted data will not be shared without your consent.
Data Storage
To facilitate the purchasing process and for later contract processing, the webshop operator will store the IP address of the connection owner, as well as name, address, email, and phone number through cookies.
For contract processing, we will also store the following data: payment information.
The data you provide is necessary for contract fulfillment and for carrying out pre-contractual measures. It is not possible to conclude a contract without this data. The collected data will not be transmitted to third parties, except for the transmission of payment data (credit card information) to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of charging the purchase price, to the shipping company we have contracted (transport company) responsible for delivering the goods, and to our tax advisor for fulfilling our tax obligations.
If you cancel the purchasing process, the data stored with us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data resulting from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the statutory retention period (7 years). The transmitted name, address, purchased goods, and purchase date will be stored until the expiration of product liability (10 years). Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 (3) TKG as well as Art. 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.
